  • Workshop includes speakers and discussions on issues impacting ranges along with range management best practices

Workshop 2: Membership Workshop from 1:00 - 4:00pm

  • At the Holiday Inn & Suites (Room to be confirmed)
  • Workshop on club member recruitment, retention, and administration

Welcome Reception and Tradeshow  6:00pm - 9:00pm

  • Tradeshow with booths from zones and vendors at Medalta
  • Open to conference delegates, companion program delegates and youth program delegates

Educational Sessions 8:30am - 4:00pm

  • 2 streams of concurrent educational sessions will be available throughout the day
  • The detailed event schedule and educational program will be released in early January

Companion Program 9:00am - 4:00pm

  • Activities include: Tour of Medalta, demonstrations, clay projects, wine tasting, and pottery class
  • Includes lunch and ticket to conference dinner
  • The detailed program schedule will be released in early January

Youth Program 8:30am - 4:00pm

  • Activities include attending keynote welcome and address, wildlife and conservation focused presentations, tour of Medalta, and clay projects.
  • Includes lunch and ticket to conference dinner
  • The detailed event schedule and educational program will be released in early January

AFGA Conservation Conference Dinner and Silent Auction 6:30pm - 10:00pm

  • All conference delegates will be provided with 1 ticket to the conference dinner on Friday night.
  • Silent auction will start at 6:00pm. Items will begin to be pulled starting at 9:00pm

Saturday February 24, 2023

Annual General Meeting (Note there is a separate registration process for voting delegates)

  • Open to appointed AGM delegates and invited guests only.
